How is Classic Dream Homes Different?
- We build a higher quality home.
- Each home is unique and individually designed.
- We listen to our customers' needs and wants.
- Bate and switch is not our selling policy. Many higher quality details in your home are already part of our standard home package. We put in lots of tile, hardwood, climate control features, and all fixtures are of high quality. Compare us to others.
- We build homes with energy-efficiency techniques and technology. We insure indoor air quality with Heat Recovery systems (HVAC), a high efficiency furnace and an air conditioning unit. The system is properly sized to your home. The building envelope is wind tight and the basement is water tight. This means cleaner, healthier indoor air for your family, with fewer moisture problems and fewer allergens.
Energy Features include:
- high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, with programmable thermostats,
- soffit and ridge venting,
- double-paned insulated high performance, low-e argon gas filled windows,
- insulation upgrades with tightly sealed rigid exterior insulation wrap not just vapour barrier.
Our company is registered with Tarion, the new home warranty program. Our Tarion number is 37036.
